I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the location is fantastic, just a short walk from the Gateway of India and other attractions, the service was somewhat lacking. The rooms, although clean, were disappointingly small and in need of better decor. The dining options were decent but not memorable, and the pool area left something to be desired in terms of maintenance.

Our stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. While we found the breakfast fantastic and the staff serving it to be delightful, we faced multiple issues with our room, including maintenance problems and a noisy air conditioner. The service we received upon check-in was decent, but some staff members were quite rude. If the hotel focused on improving the cleanliness and overall quality of the rooms, I believe it could elevate the guest experience significantly.
